Further education
We support you in your training and further education and specifically promote talent. If your training or development is related to your current or future job, we will contribute at least 50%. In talent management, you will receive targeted support, for example, to enable you to take on a management function in the future or to develop in another of our many job areas.
Bandwidth model
Are you planning a trip around the world, would you like to travel for more than three weeks at a time, or would you like to extend every weekend for city trips around the globe? Our bandwidth model is designed for just that. You don't need to take unpaid leave, but simply exchange part of your annual salary for the extra vacation days. Win-win for everyone.
