Shop connection
Connect your shop with us. We receive all information for order processing via standard or individual interfaces. At the same time, you get full transparency over your logistics processes, from stock levels to tracking numbers to available returns.
Goods Receipt & Storage
Send us your articles. All relevant item data is transferred to us and we prepare the required storage space for your goods orders. All incoming goods information is fed back to you so that you have full transparency of your stocks at all times.
Warehousing
Whether large or small, on pallets or in packages, we optimise our warehousing to your needs. You can call up your stock at any time. Our warehouses are structured in such a way that we make your shipments ready for dispatch in the best possible time. This includes the system-supported replenishment of fast-moving items, the division into storage zones for the optimisation of picking routes or warehouse management according to the common principles such as FEFO, FIFO or promotional goods.
Pick & Pack
Customer orders are forwarded directly to us and we prepare the goods for dispatch. In the data-supported picking process, pick lists are automatically compiled based on the distance between the storage locations of the ordered items. For each order, the appropriate cardboard box is automatically determined based on the geodata of the items. Whether with side paper or glossy cardboard - we make sure that your package reflects your brand.
Delivery
For delivery, we look for the optimal carrier solution for Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein on the basis of jointly defined criteria (individual specifications, costs, shipping type according to packaging size and weight, delivery type standard or express). You always have an overview of the status of your order and can track it via Track &Trace.
Returns
Our specialised returns teams ensure rapid customer relief and simplification of subsequent processes, for example by classifying returns into A, B and C goods as well as functional tests. After the returns have been processed, the goods are immediately put back into storage and made available for sale.
