Your PrestaShop store will remain the central platform. Together, we’ll review which version of PrestaShop you’re using and which systems are integrated with it, and then develop the appropriate integration based on that information. Once we’ve clarified these details, we’ll set the timeline together.

You deliver your items, and we take care of the rest. Every delivery is quality-checked, matched to the order, and automatically assigned to the correct storage location within 48 hours. We record any shortages on-site so your inventory is accurate from the start.
Deadline at 4:00 p.m.
Orders from Shopify are automatically sent to us. We pick, pack, and hand the shipment over to the appropriate carrier. If an order is received by 4:00 p.m., the package is shipped the same day; a late cutoff of 8:00 p.m. is possible depending on the setup.
For PrestaShop, MS Direct custom-develops the interface specifically for your version of PrestaShop. Our in-house development team handles the implementation in close collaboration with you.
During our first meeting, we’ll determine which version of PrestaShop you’re using, your existing modules, and the systems connected to your store. This will help us figure out what the integration will look like and how long it will take.
Your product data and every incoming order are transferred from PrestaShop to our system and automatically integrated into our inventory and shipping processes.
By default, we send three types of data back to PrestaShop: current inventory levels, the shipping status of each order, and the tracking number.
The interface retrieves data at regular intervals and sends back updates. If your setup allows it, we’ll set up a webhook instead.
In addition to the standard features, additional data fields can be transferred. Our in-house development team will work with you to implement this, rather than limiting you to a fixed set of features.
Your inventory, shipping, and tracking data are available in two places: directly in PrestaShop via the interface, and in the MS Direct Power BI dashboard for in-depth analysis.
You continue to manage your product data in PrestaShop. The interface imports all active products and variants and adds them to our inventory system so that each item is uniquely assigned.
Your available inventory levels are continuously updated in PrestaShop. In the dashboard, you can analyze inventory trends over longer periods of time.
Every order is sent to MS Direct and integrated into our processes. The shipping status is updated back in your store, and you can track quantities and turnaround times over time in the dashboard.
For each shipment, you’ll receive the Track & Trace number directly in PrestaShop. This reduces the number of inquiries your customer service team receives because your customers can see the status themselves.
