E-commerce logistics for your WooCommerce store.
MS Direct handles WooCommerce fulfillment for your store: warehousing, picking and packing, shipping, and returns—all from a single source. The integration is handled via the WooCommerce API, and orders, inventory, and tracking numbers are automatically synchronized between your store and the warehouse. With the standard interface, you’ll be up and running in 10 days.
Connection in less than 10 days
Your WooCommerce store remains the central platform. You provide us with an API key, we handle the integration and your product data, and process the first orders within a few days. Inventory levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers are fed back into your store.
System-Guided Putaway
You deliver your items, and we take care of the rest. Every delivery is inspected for quality, cross-checked against the order, and automatically entered into the system and assigned to the correct storage location within 48 hours. We record any shortages on-site so that your inventory is accurate from the start.
Deadline at 4:00 p.m.
Orders from WooCommerce are automatically sent to us. We pick, pack, and hand the shipment over to the appropriate carrier. If an order is received by 4:00 p.m., the package is shipped the same day; a late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible depending on the setup.
MS Direct integrates your WooCommerce store via the WooCommerce REST API. You create an API key in your store and provide us with the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret; we’ll handle the technical setup. You don’t need any developer resources for this.
An API key from your WooCommerce backend, consisting of a consumer key and a consumer secret. You can create both yourself in just a few minutes, without making any changes to your store or theme.
Your product data and every incoming order are transferred from WooCommerce to our system and automatically integrated into our inventory and shipping processes.
By default, the interface sends three types of data back to WooCommerce: current inventory levels, the shipping status of each order, and the tracking number. This means your customers see the same information in the store as we do in the warehouse.
The interface retrieves data at regular intervals and writes updates back immediately. Where your setup allows, we’ll set up a webhook instead so that changes are transmitted immediately.
In addition to the standard features, additional data fields can be transferred. Our in-house development team will work with you to implement these, rather than limiting you to a fixed set of features.
Your inventory, shipping, and tracking data are available in two places: directly in WooCommerce via the API, and in the MS Direct Power BI dashboard for in-depth analysis.
You continue to manage your product data in WooCommerce. The interface imports all active products and variants and creates them in our inventory system so that each item is uniquely identified.
Your available inventory levels are continuously updated in WooCommerce. In the dashboard, you can analyze inventory trends over longer periods of time.
Every order is sent to MS Direct and integrated into our processes. The shipping status is updated back in your store, and you can track quantities and turnaround times over time in the dashboard.
For every shipment, you’ll receive the tracking number directly in WooCommerce. This reduces the number of inquiries to your customer service team because your customers can see the status themselves.
Calculate the price for your WooCommerce fulfillment
Our fulfillment centers use AutoStore, AI-driven picking robots, and custom-fit packaging. Automated processes reduce sources of error and keep turnaround times stable, even during Black Friday and the holiday season.
MS Direct has been processing orders since 1978 and currently serves more than 250 customers, including brands such as On, Bergzeit, and namuk. Each year, we process more than 55 million items and over 20 million returns.
You store your merchandise where your markets are. MS Direct operates fulfillment locations in Arbon and Oftringen, as well as the fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. One connection, two countries, no additional interfaces.
MS Direct handles your WooCommerce fulfillment—from integration to returns. The solution is flexible and easily scales with your store. Here’s what sets us apart:
WooCommerce Fulfillment means that an external logistics provider handles the entire order fulfillment process for your WooCommerce store. MS Direct stores your inventory, picks and packs each order, ships it, and processes returns. Your orders are automatically transferred from WooCommerce to MS Direct, while you retain control of the store and the customer relationship.
The integration is handled via the WooCommerce REST API. You create an API key in your WooCommerce backend and provide the MS Direct Consumer Key and Consumer Secret; we’ll take care of the technical setup. Product data and orders are sent to MS Direct via the interface, and inventory levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers are returned to your store.
All you need is an API key from your WooCommerce store—specifically, the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. No changes to your store, theme, or additional plugins are necessary. MS Direct will take care of the rest, and an onboarding manager will guide you through the process.
By default, MS Direct transfers inventory levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers to WooCommerce. In the opposite direction, WooCommerce sends product data and orders. Synchronization occurs at regular intervals and, depending on the setup, can also be triggered via webhooks. Additional data fields can be integrated on a case-by-case basis.
With the standard WooCommerce interface, you can go live within 10 days. During this time, we’ll set up the integration, add your products to the system, and coordinate the processes for shipping and returns. An onboarding manager will guide you through the setup.
MS Direct starts at 250 orders per month. Once you reach this volume, warehousing, packaging, and shipping typically take up so much time that outsourcing is more cost-effective than handling these tasks in-house. There’s plenty of room to grow: Our largest customer processes over 250,000 orders per month through us, including seasonal peaks such as Black Friday and Christmas.
You can store your inventory in Switzerland or Germany. In Switzerland, MS Direct operates fulfillment centers in Arbon and Oftringen; in Germany, it operates a fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. You can ship both domestically and internationally from either country.
The standard cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. Orders received in WooCommerce by that time will ship the same day. A late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible, depending on the setup.
MS Direct accepts returns, inspects the items, assesses their condition, and restocks resalable merchandise within 24 hours. Depending on your needs, you can choose between a quantitative inspection, a detailed quality check with sorting, or complete reconditioning, including cleaning and repackaging.
The price depends on the product range, inventory requirements, order volume, and shipping requirements, so there is no flat rate. Enter your details into the fulfillment calculator to receive a non-binding price estimate for your setup.
„For over 18 years, I've been helping online stores outsource their fulfillment. I'd be happy to show you what the setup would look like for your store—free of charge and with no obligation. “
