Average number of annual deliveries to the warehouse.

Example: If you send us 1x product per month for storage, this results in a number of 12 deliveries per year - regardless of the quantity of products delivered.

ø Number of items per goods receipt

Average number of different products (SKUs) per delivery.

Example: A delivery contains 20 different article numbers (SKUs).

ø Items quantity per goods receipt

Average number of individual products (same or different) in a delivery.

Example: If you have 100 SKUs listed in your shop and 50 of each item are delivered, the average number of items per goods receipt is 5,000.

Pick & Pack

ø Number of orders per year

Average number of orders per year.

Example: Your shop receives 10,000 orders per year.

ø Items quantity per order

Average number of products included per order.

Example: Each order contains an average of 2 items.

Returns

Percentage of returns on item basis

Percentage of returned products compared to the total number of items shipped.

Example: If you send out 5,000 orders per year with 2 items each and 2,000 items are returned, the proportion of returns is 20 %.

Assortment distribution

Assortment distribution in % (total 100%)

Percentage of different product sizes in the range.

Example: S = food supplements, jewellery, M = clothing, L = household appliances, small furniture.

S - up to 1 litre
