E-commerce logistics for your Adobe Commerce store.
MS Direct handles Adobe Commerce fulfillment for your store: warehousing, picking and packing, shipping, and returns—all from a single source. We’ll work with you to develop the integration, tailored to your Adobe Commerce installation and the systems connected to it. Our in-house development team will handle the implementation.
Interface developed by our team of developers
Your Adobe Commerce store remains the central platform. We’ll review your setup, identify which systems are connected to it, and develop the appropriate integration based on that. We’ll then import your product data and process your orders, with inventory levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers fed back into your store.
System-Guided Putaway
You deliver your items, and we take care of the rest. Every delivery is inspected for quality, cross-checked against the order, and automatically assigned to the correct storage location within 48 hours. We record any shortages on-site so your inventory is accurate from the start.
Deadline at 4:00 p.m.
Orders from Shopify are automatically sent to us. We pick, pack, and hand the shipment over to the appropriate carrier. If an order is received by 4:00 p.m., the package is shipped the same day; a late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible depending on the setup.
For Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), MS Direct develops a custom interface tailored to your setup. Adobe Commerce installations vary greatly in terms of version, extensions, and connected systems, so we work with you to clarify the integration requirements before setup. Our in-house development team handles the implementation.
During our first meeting, we’ll determine your Adobe Commerce version, your extensions, and the systems integrated with your store—such as ERP, PIM, or an existing inventory management system. This will help us determine what the integration will look like and how long it will take.
The integration is handled through your store’s API. Our development team sets it up and continues to maintain it during operation; you don’t need an external agency for this.
Your product data and every incoming order are transferred from Adobe Commerce to our system and integrated directly into our inventory and shipping processes.
By default, we send three types of data back to Adobe Commerce: current inventory levels, the shipping status of each order, and the tracking number. Additional data fields can be added if you need them.
The interface retrieves data at regular intervals and writes back updates. If your setup allows it, we’ll set up a webhook instead.
If you operate multiple storefronts or also sell through marketplaces, we’ll integrate those channels as well. Both are included in our Enterprise package.
Your inventory, shipping, and tracking data are available in two places: directly in Adobe Commerce via the API, and in the MS Direct Power BI dashboard for in-depth analysis.
You will continue to manage your product data in Adobe Commerce. The interface imports all active products and variants and creates them in our inventory system so that each item is uniquely identified.
Your available inventory levels are continuously updated in Adobe Commerce. In the dashboard, you can analyze inventory trends over longer periods of time.
Every order is sent to MS Direct and integrated into our processes. The shipping status is updated back in your store, and you can track quantities and turnaround times over time in the dashboard.
For each shipment, you’ll receive the Track & Trace number directly in Adobe Commerce. This reduces the number of inquiries your customer service team receives because your customers can see the status themselves.
Calculate the price for your Adobe Commerce fulfillment
Our fulfillment centers use AutoStore, AI-driven picking robots, and custom-fit packaging. Automated processes reduce sources of error and keep turnaround times consistent, even during peak volumes.
MS Direct has been processing orders since 1978 and currently serves over 250 customers, including brands such as On, Bergzeit, and namuk. Each year, we process more than 55 million items and over 20 million returns.
You store your merchandise where your markets are. MS Direct operates fulfillment locations in Arbon and Oftringen, as well as the fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. One connection, two countries, no additional interfaces.
MS Direct handles your Adobe Commerce fulfillment, from integration to returns. For setups with custom processes, the Enterprise package is the ideal foundation.
Adobe Commerce Fulfillment means that an external logistics provider handles the entire order fulfillment process for your Adobe Commerce store. MS Direct stores your inventory, picks and packs each order, ships it, and processes returns. Your orders are automatically transferred from Adobe Commerce to MS Direct, while you retain control of the store and the customer relationship.
Yes. MS Direct develops the interface to fit your specific setup, since Adobe Commerce installations vary greatly in terms of version, extensions, and connected systems. Our in-house development team handles the implementation. During our initial consultation, we’ll assess your setup and use that information to determine the process and timeline.
Yes. Adobe Commerce was called Magento until 2021; we're referring to the same platform. If you're running a Magento installation, we'll discuss which version you're using and how the integration works with it.
You can send product data and orders from Adobe Commerce to MS Direct. Stock levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers are then sent back to your store. The synchronization occurs at regular intervals and, depending on your setup, can also be triggered via webhook. Additional data fields can be added.
The timeline depends on your version and system environment and will be determined jointly after the technical details have been clarified. For Shopify, WooCommerce, and JTL—which have a standard interface available—a go-live is possible within 10 days. For Adobe Commerce, we’ll provide you with a timeframe as soon as we know your setup.
Yes. MS Direct integrates multiple online stores and marketplaces into the same fulfillment structure. Both are included in the Enterprise package, as are customized processes such as product customization and advanced packaging solutions.
No. MS Direct has its own development team that sets up the interface to your Adobe Commerce store and maintains it during operation. On your end, we need access to your store and a point of contact for technical questions.
Our largest customer processes over 250,000 orders per month through MS Direct. Our warehouse and processing capacity scales with your volume, including seasonal peaks such as Black Friday and the holiday shopping season.
You can store your inventory in Switzerland or Germany. In Switzerland, MS Direct operates fulfillment centers in Arbon and Oftringen; in Germany, it operates a fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. From both countries, you can ship domestically and internationally.
The standard cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. Orders received in Adobe Commerce by that time will ship the same day. A late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible, depending on the setup.
MS Direct accepts returns, inspects the items, and assesses their condition. Returns are processed within 24 hours so you can quickly issue refunds to your customers. Resalable merchandise is restocked within 48 hours and becomes available for reorder.
Pricing depends on your product range, inventory needs, order volume, and shipping requirements, so there is no flat rate. Enter your details into the fulfillment calculator to receive a non-binding price estimate. We’ll discuss the cost of integration separately.
„For over 18 years, I've been helping online stores outsource their fulfillment. I'd be happy to show you what the setup would look like for your store—free of charge and with no obligation. “
