Warehousing, Shipping, and Returns for Your Shopware Store.
MS Direct handles Shopware fulfillment for your store: warehousing, order picking and packing, shipping, and returns—all from a single source. We set up the integration to work with your version of Shopware, and our in-house development team handles the implementation. Orders, inventory, and tracking numbers are then automatically synchronized between your store and the warehouse.
Integration compatible with your version of Shopware
Your Shopware store remains the central platform. We’ll check which version of Shopware you’re using and set up the appropriate integration based on that. We’ll then import your product data and process your orders; inventory levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers will be synced back to your store.
System-Guided Putaway
You deliver your items, and we take care of the rest. Every delivery is inspected for quality, cross-checked against the order, and automatically entered into the system and assigned to the correct storage location within 48 hours. We record any shortages on-site so that your inventory is accurate from the start.
Deadline at 4:00 p.m.
Orders from Shopify are automatically sent to us. We pick, pack, and hand the shipment over to the appropriate carrier. If an order is received by 4:00 p.m., the package is shipped the same day; a late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible depending on the setup.
Depending on the version, MS Direct connects Shopware stores via the Hublify integration platform. Before setting up the connection, we’ll work with you to determine—based on your version—whether we’ll use Hublify or look for another solution.
During our first conversation, we’ll determine which version of Shopware you’re using, which extensions you have, and which systems are connected to your store. This will help us figure out which integration approach is right for you and how long it will take.
Where Hublify is applicable, the platform connects your Shopware store to the MS Direct system. Where another solution is a better fit, we’ll set up the connection accordingly. Our in-house development team handles the implementation.
Your product data and every incoming order are transferred from Shopware to our system and automatically integrated into our inventory and shipping processes.
By default, we send three types of data back to Shopware: current inventory levels, the shipping status of each order, and the tracking number. Additional data fields can be added if you need them.
The interface retrieves the data at regular intervals and writes back any updates. If your setup allows it, we’ll set up a webhook instead.
You continue to manage your product data in Shopware. The interface imports all active products and variants and creates them in our inventory system so that each item is uniquely assigned.
Your available inventory levels are continuously updated in Shopware. In the dashboard, you can analyze inventory trends over longer periods of time.
Every order is sent to MS Direct and integrated into our processes. The shipping status is updated back in your store, and you can track quantities and turnaround times over time in the dashboard.
For every shipment, you’ll receive the tracking number directly in Shopware. This reduces the number of inquiries your customer service team receives, since your customers can see the status themselves.

Our fulfillment centers use AutoStore, AI-powered picking robots, and custom-fit packaging. Automated processes reduce sources of error and keep turnaround times consistent, even during peak volumes.
MS Direct has been processing orders since 1978 and currently serves more than 250 customers, including brands such as On, Bergzeit, and namuk. Each year, we process more than 55 million items and over 20 million returns.
You store your merchandise where your markets are. MS Direct operates fulfillment locations in Arbon and Oftringen, as well as the fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. One connection, two countries, no additional interfaces.
MS Direct handles your Shopware fulfillment—from order placement to returns. The solution is flexible and easily scales with your store. Here’s what sets us apart:
Shopware Fulfillment means that an external logistics provider handles the entire order fulfillment process for your Shopware store. MS Direct stores your inventory, picks and packs each order, ships it, and processes returns. Your orders are automatically transferred from Shopware to MS Direct, while you retain control of the store and the customer relationship.
MS Direct typically connects Shopware stores via the Hublify integration platform. Whether and how Hublify is used in your case depends on your Shopware version. Our in-house development team handles the implementation; you don't need an external agency for this.
We'll go over this together before the setup, because Shopware versions differ significantly in technical terms, and the integration process depends on that. Let us know your version and your extensions, and we'll tell you what the integration process will look like in your case.
You can transfer product data and orders from Shopware to MS Direct. Stock levels, shipping status, and tracking numbers are then sent back to your store. The synchronization runs at regular intervals and, depending on your setup, can also be triggered via webhooks. Additional data fields can be added.
The timeline depends on your Shopware version and your system environment and will be determined jointly after technical clarification. For Shopify and WooCommerce, where a standard interface is available, a go-live is possible within 10 days.
MS Direct starts at 250 orders per month. Once you reach this volume, warehousing, packaging, and shipping typically take up so much time that outsourcing is more cost-effective than handling these tasks in-house. There’s plenty of room to grow: Our largest customer processes over 250,000 orders per month through us, including seasonal peaks such as Black Friday and Christmas.
You can store your inventory in Switzerland or Germany. In Switzerland, MS Direct operates fulfillment centers in Arbon and Oftringen; in Germany, it operates a fulfillment center in Kaufbeuren. You can ship both domestically and internationally from either country.
The standard cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. Orders received by Shopware by that time will ship from the warehouse the same day. A late cutoff time of 8:00 p.m. is possible, depending on the setup.
MS Direct accepts returns, inspects the items, and assesses their condition. Returns are processed within 24 hours so you can quickly issue refunds to your customers. Resalable merchandise is restocked within 48 hours and becomes available for order again.
The price depends on the product range, inventory requirements, order volume, and shipping requirements, so there is no flat rate. Enter your details into the fulfillment calculator to receive a non-binding price estimate for your setup.
„For over 18 years, I've been helping online stores outsource their fulfillment. I'd be happy to show you what the setup would look like for your store—free of charge and with no obligation. “
