Karin, what challenges did you face when you joined MS Direct?
Customers’ expectations of shipping in e-commerce are a challenge for small companies like mine. Immediate shipping after placing an order is standard for customers these days. To comply with this, I drove to my warehouse every day and prepared the parcels myself.
