The strategy:

Set up fulfillment from scratch and scale it stably.

RRRevolve wanted to professionalize its own logistics and was looking for a partner who could support its growth and at the same time meet its own sustainability requirements.

The following points were the decisive requirements for RRRevolve:

The switch to MS Direct took place in record time in summer 2024. As the previous provider filed for bankruptcy, a new fulfillment center was set up within just three days as an interim solution. Today, RRRevolve is housed at MS Direct in Oftringen, Solothurn.

  • Dispatch of around 3,000 parcels per month via Swiss Post.
  • Delivery to customers (B2C) and the branch network (B2B).

Returns:

  • Quality inspection of returned items.
  • Loose restocking without repackaging to save packaging material.
  • Returns processing within two to three working days for the fastest possible refund.

Supervision:

Incoming goods processes are now clearly structured and are usually booked in within 24 hours. For RRRevolve, this means that the goods are available in the system more quickly, which in turn makes it easier to plan the product range.
