Change in Leadership at MS Direct

After four and a half years at the helm of MS Direct AG, CEO Luca Graf will step down from his position and leave the company effective October 1, 2026. The decision was made by mutual agreement with the Board of Directors. Until the CEO position is filled, Board Chairman and owner Milo Stössel will take over the leadership of MS Direct together with the existing team. The search for a new CEO is underway.

Important Milestones

Luca Graf has had a significant impact on MS Direct in recent years. Under his leadership, the company has transformed from a traditional logistics service provider into a technology-driven partner for e-commerce. Key milestones during this period included the systematic expansion of technological and digital capabilities, the implementation of automation at several sites, the further development of international operations through the Kaufbeuren site in Germany, and the establishment of a joint venture in the UK. This laid important foundations for the further development and scaling of MS Direct.
